
All applications, filed to our company through internet, e-mail, fax, mail or by filling work request form, are updated in Application Pool. When there is a need for personnel, the candidates who are seen appropriate are called to Human Resources Department for preliminary interview. The candidates who are found suitable are called for a second interview, participated by the related manager. English test and personality inventory application may be performed on the candidates as the case may be.
The promotions and appointments in our company are performed on the basis of competencies, compliant with corporate culture, performance results and effective participation to 6 Sigma Projects and studies, which occupy a considerable place in company management and black and green belt training results. With the systematic performance assessment, performed at the beginning and end o each year, work and personal development plans of the employees at that year are made and during the year, these plans are revised.
